1. Overview

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

We do not guarantee that every product or service displayed on our websites will always be available.

Order processing, shipping destinations, shipping rates, estimated delivery times and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges may vary based on the product, brand, order value, package size, package weight, destination and selected delivery method. Certain oversized, heavy, fragile or specialized products, including some Pivot Point products, may have different shipping charges or arrangements. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is finalized.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return eligibility may vary according to product type, condition, packaging, hygiene requirements, warranty coverage or final-sale status. Certain products may have brand- or product-specific conditions, including:

• Opened or used grooming, haircare and skincare products
• Electrical tools and appliances
• Professional shears and cutting tools
• Mannequins, educational products and kits
• Clearance, discontinued or final-sale products
• Special-order products

Manufacturer warranties may apply to products from Sam Villa, KASHO, Pivot Point and other brands sold through our websites. Any warranty is subject to the terms provided with the product or published on the applicable warranty page.

Improper use, accidental damage, ordinary wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance or service performed by an unauthorized provider may not be covered, subject to applicable law.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through our websites—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, logos, product information and website elements—is owned by or licensed to ORIAC, its brand partners or its content suppliers.

Brand names, trademarks and logos belonging to Daimon Barber, KASHO, Pivot Point, Sam Villa and other manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our websites for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit website content without the prior written permission of the applicable rights holder.
